This is a short transition that puts the two chair spin variations together.

Maybe recommendations, too, on what physical exercises / routines to prepare for / enable the moves of each lesson / maneuver. It is like when you were discussing the Cupid and said a good preparation is to just stand up with legs apart then slowly bring them together WHILE maintaining balance. Like that, but for each maneuver — leg raises for chair spin? Anything else? This might need a related basic calisthenics / physical conditioning series! ☺️ But why not? A beginner cannot just suddenly launch into chair lifts and climbs, right? 😊 They will benefit from physical warm-ups and conditioning first! 😊 Am I making the scope too big? Well, you quit your day job — you earned back some time. 😆

Well I did put a warm up video up before uploading the class series! The idea is that every class would start with a warm up, but there isn't time in a class for a warmup before each move. So if that makes sense, I will do move-specific warm-ups at the start of each 'move breakdown' set (4-5 videos on one move), and a general warm up at the start of each 'class' set (4-5 videos that form a whole class when taken together). Is that ok?
