Because inverts are fundamentally a strength-based move, it's worth doing some prep between sessions to make sure you're ready for them. I'll go into more depth on some pole workouts in future posts, but here are some ideas. positioning and getting started is continued in the next video, but I can only post up to 2 minutes at a time!
