Here is Black Meetings, chapter 77 of The odds were never in my favour. It also happens to be the last chapter of book three, Alexandra Potter and the Wars of Future Pasts.

Work has already begun, of course, on book four, Alexandra Potter and the European Magical Tournament.

Its always a pleasure to see bullies with delusions of righteousness like Leo Black being shown how much their current attitude is going to become problematic for them in the near future, even if in this case near future is next year and problematic is going to be being murdered by a psychotic chaos mage. The toys and children stories was just delightful insult as well, especially compared with the fortune Alexandra gained at the same time.

Always nice to see a new The Odds chapter pop up. Can’t wait to see how Alexandria and Co deal with the oncoming storm and if this massive infusion of Gold will speed up or unlock any of their shelved plans. I’m looking at you Dreadnaught :^ but can’t wait for the next one and how u have an excellent day.

Until I don't know what to say. After this chapter, it feels like I'm standing next to a bomb with 10 seconds left on the clock until it explodes. And these tarot cards I will bring to some fortune teller to tell me what it means.

Hmm...not bad description, really. As for the tarot cards, feel free to interpret them how you want.

Antony444

Yeah, Leo's life expectancy due to his actions is...not exactly great, at the moment.

Thanks, I am always eager for the next chapter of The Odds. I hope that whatever pawn was responsible for tracking down the Horcruxes and helping MacNair restore Voldemort gets a promotion. Making sure MacNair didn't screw things up must have been a really difficult job! I was rereading the last few chapters and I started to wonder. Did Hermione change her mind about becoming an Animagus? She was eating a large plate of Herring disguised as pancakes for breakfast in chapter 74 and once I spotted that her behavior in the first preliminary looks a lot like a fur seal stuck on land. That makes me think she changed her mind over the winter break but we didn't see the change on screen.

Ironically, I think it was more difficult to make sure Peter Pettigrew didn't screw up in canon. The guy was so pathethic, so limited, so rodent-like...at least Macnair has no problem being confrontional. And no, Hermione hasn't changed her mind on the Animagi question. But well...there's a reason why the Potion showed her this animal.

Another fantastic chapter. Thank you very much for bringing so much into this universe and making it far more interesting. I do have a pure curiosity question, however. Are you planning on bringing in the Celtic world of Annwn?
