I will check it again tomorrow to see if nothing has been forgotten and everything flows perfectly, but normally, it should the final version of Ovation 9.1 which will posted tomorrow.

Why tomorrow? Because ff.net is completely erratic in its functioning right now, and I have a lot of things to discuss with my beta.

Now it is (nearly) done, I can positively confirm work on Ovation 9.2 will begin on Thursday or Friday.

It's coming! It's coming! *jumps up and down*. From looking at it I have seen only two problem: “It will be my greatest pleasure."” and Gloriana Battleship Eternal Crusader ship-name not italicized. Small things, but easy to miss, so I put it here. Otherwise the Galaxy is about to learn the power of cute plushy! Wonder if Taylor will one day thing "What have I done?!"

I found the fixes made things clearer, and more understandable. You write very well, but haste can garble things a bit :). I'm going to be waiting with bated breath to see who decides to be an Idiot and try to 'deal' with Taylor on her Ovation voyage. The Idiots will swiftly find themselves up to their necks in Golden Ants hungrily devouring them, while the somewhat more intelligent opponents might decide they need to think a bit more on how to bypass her defenses, after watching the Idiots feed Taylor's Swarm.....

I am wondering about distances between Nyx, Pavia and Tigrus. Does a map detailing where Samarkand Quadrant (and therefore Nyx Sector) is in comparison to the rest of Segmentum, exist?

I posted one a while ago, yes. There was Pavia and Nyx relative locations, anyway. It was the map with the Cicatrix Maledictum in background.

Love the update and can’t wait for more. Also can’t wait for the scene where we get Taylor’s bodyguards comparing lightsabers😂 I imagine that the arguments over which color is better will be a contested topic long after this. Just imagining Taylor gives each of her new space marine chapters a specific color so she can tell which is which on the battlefield, after all why would you need banners when lightsabers are so much cooler.

I think I already said it in-story, but the Cataphract is basically a German WW2 Tiger, except of course it is the size of a Baneblade.

How did other Catachan Queens (the ones who decided to abandon their imprisoned peer on Star Machine during mental confrontation against Weaver) react to the colony of ants worshiping Living Saint and sculpting her statue? I understand that sculptor-ants were from the colony belonging to captured queen. Is there a chance for a civil war of sorts on Catachan between ants following Weaver and the ones under sway of Hive Tyrant in the future?

I'm glad to see your aware there's an issue with ff.net; it's strange to have to read the last Weaver Option chapter on my phone's app, while the rest is easily read via my laptop.
