RHoD CH4.5 Cathedral Steps (30x30) (Patreon)

Greetings adventurers:

This map holds a special place in my TTRPG heart. This is where my first PC died and the party failed. One lay slain in a duel with general Kharn, another taken capture, and the third fled taking his only living family to fight another day.

This map can be a fun boss fight or a scattered and tactical slew.

Scene Flavor:

Wyrmlord Kharn is nearby. He has gathered several of his most powerful remaining minions and is marching on the Cathedral of Pelor, intent on destroying it and removing critical clerical support from Brindol’s defenders.  Captain Ulverth estimates that the Wyrmlord will attack the cathedral in less than 10 minutes; with his own soldiers badly wounded, he needs the PCs’ aid.

I'm sure for most of us, Lord of The Rings holds a special or core memory. I still remember watching the Return of The King in theaters with my family. Dad did fall asleep.. but we would watch the movie many times over so I'm sure he eventually saw all of it.
