Saturday Update! (Patreon)

CG COMPLETION: 24/181

Hello folks! I hope everyone is doing well and safe and happy!

I have run into a bit of a snag, but I also think I have the situation under control now x'D Basically I was wrong about the wrist problems being gone =_=

But I've re-evaluated the whole situation and I have a new plan. I think the problem is that intense digital painting and computer gaming use a lot of the same muscles- so essentially I've been overworking my arm/wrist for like 16 hours a day. Which is too much x'D

So I've decided to actually swear off computer games entirely- including dead by daylight. Which is a major bummer ;-;

It's uhhh kind of my one thing that I do. It's my comfort game... But it's not worth endangering the future of my project. I'm just gonna have to suck it up.

But there's some good news too! My parents gave me an amazon gift card for xmas and I've immediately put it towards some help:

I'm gonna get this issue solved!!! And I'm gonna get back to work!

ANYWAYS! I'm sorry to go on about that for so long, here are some CGs! The theme of last week was a set of Celia CGs <3

I was streaming this one earlier :D It turned out to be a really nice stream too!

This CG has a sister so I worked on that directly afterwards instead of jumping paths like usual:

I think I like this one more than the other one- I feel really good about the messy hair xD

And I did get to sketching the next CG, but I fell short and didn't complete it on Friday because of the wrist pain issues :/ All my research says I need to take as many days off as possible and then make sure I take more breaks when I do work, so that's what's gonna happen.

I've got a good feeling about my strategy this time! ^o^ I feel satisfied with my work so far and I'm eager to keep it up in the new year ahead!
