Working on textures for this guy.  There's still a detail pass to be painted and I need to model out his hair but the base pass is done and the materials are set up in game.  I'll throw a rig on him in the next few days and start working on his base animation set.   

Then I'll start focusing more on the human animations and getting things together for a build later this month.  

Once that's done I'll start working on the female imp sculpt in March.  There's also all the weapon animations to do and finally hooking up the quests and scripting.  I'll see how many of the human animations I can get through this month and then figure out what the primary content should be for the following build.
