Okay okay okay, one last patch and I can finally go back to focusing on Vex Clock, lmao. Just had to do it cause I didn't realize how much of a problem it would be if you can't skip the boss cutscenes, y'know.

Added: The ability to skip boss cutscenes.
Changed: Ducktor Dungy's gas ability to only affect your lives and not give you a gameover if you run out of time. Felt cheap considering you can just get killed by Ducktor Dungy in the last few seconds of the gas timer to prevent a full on gameover.
