hi guys,

thanks for your feedback so far, we're trying to iterate these builds super fast so are implementing community suggestions and fixes as soon as you email them to us.

A couple of you had some issues with the height adjuster and suggested we scale the world / player rather than just add camera height offset. We tried this out and it seems to work great and feels very natural, so I've added in a separate option to do this.

The old height adjustment has been changed to Seated Offset so that seated players can still become full height in VR (can no longer make yourself shorter with this option, only taller) and the new height / scale adjustment is Player Scale Offset which allows you to make yourself 10% larger or 20% smaller, or a different way to look at it, everything in the world that isn't you, 10% smaller or 20% larger :) This feature doesn't update your size in real time like the previous height offset, it will update you to your new size once you close the menu.

Check out the video for a demo although testers can try this for themselves in VR once we release Nav Test Build 02 in a few days hopefully

This will solve ocular vestibular discomfort when traversing scenes with roomscale at a height that isn't your own height, and solves floating controllers / controllers going through the virtual ground if you put them on the floor, and changes focal length so things actually appear larger and smaller so it should be much nicer to use now for people who would like to be different heights.

thanks Bomblord and Adam for this feature suggestion!

thank you Justin for a bug report where some analog triggers can get stuck in teleport mode if they are not calibrated to the full axis range, this is fixed and will be in the next update.

thanks again to Adam for finding a bug where changing graphics settings inadvertently disables boundary violation view and some other visual features, this has been fixed and will be in the next update.
