"What on earth is happening? What are you all talking about?" Baki's face was scrunched up in confusion, as he couldn't understand what had just transpired among the group.

"Earlier, Temari and I made a bet. If someone from Hidden Sand Village wins, I would supply you with goods worth one billion annually for free. But if Lee wins, she'll have to marry Shikamaru. Now, as you can see, Lee has impressively won Shikamaru a wife!"

Sakura kindly explained to Baki, casually showing him the contract. "It's all written in black and white. Not only is there Temari's signature, but also her blood print. You better not think about backing out!"

"..." Baki looked from the contract in Sakura's hand to Temari, utterly shocked. So, he just went to the hospital to visit Kankuro, and now the Fourth Kazekage's daughter from Hidden Sand Village was set to marry the pineapple-headed guy?

"I accept my loss in this bet..." Temari admitted begrudgingly, grinding her teeth. She had decided that once the Konoha Crush Plan began in a month, she'd be the first to eliminate that infuriating pineapple-head. If he's dead, the contract would naturally be null and void, and with Konoha distracted, no one would care about the contract anyway.

"That's good that you admit defeat..." Sakura, noticing the glint in Temari's eyes, knew that Temari wasn't one to accept her fate easily. Regardless, with Shikamaru's intelligence, winning over Temari shouldn't be an issue.

"By the way, now that you're one of us, as a dowry, I'll send a certain amount of goods every year. Once you're officially married, you'll control Shikamaru's salary and can buy whatever you want."

After some thought, Sakura continued, "Given Shikamaru's nature, he won't spend much, no matter how much he earns. It's better to please the future bride. Roughly estimating, Shikamaru's annual income is in the tens of billions. After marrying him, you'll manage all that money, use it however you want!"

"How... how much?!" Temari, who was making mental calculations, was struck dumb by Sakura's words.

"About thirty billion or so. Not a huge sum!" Sakura said casually. Considering that Kakashi's bounty alone is worth several tens of millions, while billions might seem much, it's actually not that significant.

There were audible gasps around them. They must be dreaming. A ninja's typical mission pay isn't that high. After deducting expenses, hardly anything remains. As an example, Uchiha Sakura from Boruto, despite being a high-ranking official in the Konoha Medical Corps and close friend to the Seventh Hokage, struggled with mortgage issues. It was evident: being a ninja isn't a lucrative profession.

"You're joking, right?!" Temari's face showed disbelief. These people seemed a bit off-kilter. Surely they were joking. How could a ninja possibly have an annual income in the tens of billions?

"I'm not joking. As I said, Tenka Kai is our business. Given Tenka Kai's money-making prowess, tens of billions annually is just a drop in the bucket!" Sakura explained, acting as if it's no big deal. With Tenka Kai branches spread across the ninja world, they make unimaginable amounts of money. Even the lords of various countries greet them warmly. In some ways, they had lost all concept of money's value.

"Heh..." Temari smirked, but inside, she was seething with envy at these capitalist tycoons.

"Ahem, everyone, let's discuss the marriage later. Let's continue with the competition for now."

Not just Temari, even Gekko Hayate felt a heart-wrenching pain thinking about his own savings. He felt a murderous desire.

"Representing Konoha Hidden Village: Hinata Hyuga vs. Hidden Cloud Village's Kagetsuki. Both contestants, please come forward."

"Oh? Someone from Hidden Cloud Village? Perfect." Hinata's eyes lit up. The cracking sound of her knuckles echoed. She hadn't forgotten the time Hidden Cloud Village tried to kidnap her. She had planned to find a way to get back at them. The opportunity had come sooner than expected.

"Tch, I didn't expect to face such a delicate-looking girl. How irritating."

Kagetsuki from Hidden Cloud Village jumped into the arena. Seeing Hinata, who appeared gentle and frail, his face showed clear displeasure.

"That appearance and name don't match at all..."

Sakura couldn't help but twitch at the sight of the dark-skinned Kagetsuki.

"I bet Kagetsuki is going to have a rough time," Kakashi thought, recalling Hinata's aggressive style.

"I didn't expect Hinata's opponent to be from Hidden Cloud Village. I wonder if Hinata will be in danger..." Kurenai looked worried from the stands.

"I think you should be more worried about that guy from Hidden Cloud Village," said Asuma, taking a drag from his cigarette, a look of sadness in his eyes. He often found himself at the mercy of Hinata's antics. Hinata's innocent appearance made it hard to get mad at her, and he sometimes regretted returning to the village.

"What do you mean? Hinata's my student. Aren't you worried for her safety?" Kurenai's eyes flashed menacingly.

"No, no, I mean... that guy from Hidden Cloud Village looks dangerous. Hinata might be in danger..."

For his own safety, Asuma quickly changed his tone.

"If Hinata gets hurt, let's bag that Kagetsuki tonight and give him a good beating!" Sakura and the others began to discuss, though Shikamaru, who was seated next to Temari due to Sakura and his father's coercion, could faintly hear the conversation. He sighed.

"Hey, Byakugan girl, better surrender now. You wouldn't want to get hurt," Kagetsuki advised Hinata, who was getting into a combat stance. He scratched his head, looking somewhat
