I don't understand why people say that if the next-gen graphics are 2x better, it justifies 2x prices. Of course it does not! What justifies pricing is the ACTUAL performance you get out of it. If next-gen games start doesn't double the FPS we get in games with the next-gen graphics, then of course it's not worth double the price! If we were to get double the FPS for double the price, then it would be OK, but does anyone honestly think that's going to be the case? If so, then what is the point of increasing the performance of these cards if games aren't going to take advantage of it?

From what I understand, the new QD-OLED should "burn-in" or degrade really evenly across the display, rather than just in certain places behind logos/menus and things. And for me, I want any monitor I buy to last a minimum of 5 years, preferably 7 - 8 years.
