Hi this is the bonus video for October :) The US vlog didn't quite work out... So I did the second highest voted.
I hope you can give my recipes a chance or at least have a laugh - both things feed the soul :)

Creamy Rice Pudding:
Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan and add milk until the total liquid amounts to a half liter (like 2 cups). If you're short on milk you can always make up the difference in water no big deal. Add 1/2 cup round grain rice and a little salt and bring to a boil, then cook on med-low heat for 40 minutes or until it's threatening to start burning, stirring occasionally. Cover with a lid and take it off the heat to let it set for at least another 20 minutes. Add sugar + cinnamon if you wish. Don't use sugar substitutes in this recipe, it's vile. Enjoy
Milk Noodle Soup:
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add a cup and a half of milk. Add salt to taste aswell as a handful of tiny macaroni. Let it cook on med-high until the pasta is done. It should tell you how long on the package but I'd add a couple minutes to what the instructions say cause al dente pasta tastes raw to me. Enjoy fully cooked noodles
Crispy Crepes:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup wheat flour and 3/4 cup milk until there are no lumps. Whisk in one egg, some salt and a pinch of sugar. Keep adding milk until a runny batter forms and leave it to set for 15 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan to med-high (might vary by the stove) and melt butter to coat the surface. If you use cooking spray I'm gonna question your life choices. Pour the melted butter into the batter and mix it in. Ladle the batter into your hot pan while swirling it to coat the bottom and cook until it's golden brown. Flip it with a spatula and cook the other side to the desired degree of crispness. Butter the pan again if necessary and repeat until all the batter is used up. Enjoy munching fresh crepes out of the pan if you have no self-control. Lack of willpower has never felt this rewarding. Don't burn your mouth.

Obviously I was kidding about the vodka. OR WAS I?!
