In-Season player table update (Patreon)

Quick announcement -- now that we're far enough into the season for RPM and other such metrics to be published, I've included them in the player's table. Additions:

• RPM 2.0 from ESPN (this is a new version this year)
• PIPM (from Jacob Goldstein)
• RAPTOR (from 538)

I've also included the defensive box-score component as a single entry (D Box RAP), because it's one of the only single number attempts that I know of that uses optical tracking data to build a defensive box score.
