Another fall entry! And another one that is a bit absurd to make a "recipe" about because it's so simple... but I still literally forget this dish exists for months at a time. 

Shout out to putting a fried egg on something to make it extra delicious and boost the protein. (I wrote 'eg' on this one kind of on purpose... my friends and I have started using 'eg' in lieu of 'egg'. I don't know if that's too silly, maybe I'll go back and edit that out later. For now it makes me laugh so I'll leave it there ;) )
