Not the incest baby, Shan. I mean, even if he is, I don't think someone can get that deformed from inbreeding, so that's not the point. He clearly looks like that because of radiation. Also after the blode guard chick shot down Raven's balloon beacon, she said that now every grounder in 50 miles radius knows where they are and said to everyone to go to their posts and that they have permission to shoot grounders on sight. So the reason why Clarke found a way to Camp Jaha is the same reason why Jiaying and her got shot.
