Like I said last week. Fisk can manipulate the autopsy and any other evidence to cover the stuff he does. I think you don’t understand how much power he actually has.

Obviously they would know there were drugs in his system. Also obviously, they would think the man in the mask, who from what they know is the one who shot him and put him in the hospital in the first place and who attacked his partner, is the one who drugged him to finish the job!

As I said before Vanessa is not a good person and now we see just how dangerous she can be. Side note I really hate when villains paint themselves the hero.

You don’t have to manipulate the autopsy if you inject a high dose of potassium chloride. It will look like a heart attack and only leave behind a slightly increased potassium level which you would have if you suffered a heart attack any way since most of it would be metabolized by your blood stream before the autopsy could be performed. But yes love the back story here, Vincent does a great job portraying Fisk in these emotional moments.

You got it right the first time that it is the painting he bought from Vanessa on the wall next to his bed. He bought it because it reminds him of when his dad told him to look at the wall and think about the kind of man he wants to be.
