Modern Farmhouse Kitchen // 1st Room Build (Patreon)

Someone asked for Sarabi's new kitchen from my Wyari Farms: Cottage Living series so BOOM!!! Coming up this month, we also have LuXx Boutique from my City Girls LP and Vaeh'sa episode 3 coming! If I finish Nya's wedding this month, you guys will be able to watch it first, 1 day early!!!!! cus I love y'all! 

About this Build

This is a room build! You can place this absolutely wherever! It $20,557 Simoleons! The only pack I used was THE SIMS 4 CATS AND DOGS and I think it was only for the pet bowl! 

How to Install

• Download the .ZIP file
• Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e  Documents>Electronics Arts>The Sims4
• Open the "CC" and "Mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
• Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder

And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.

BUT DEE GURLL, I don't see it! Make sure you select "show custom content" on the left panel of the gallery and you should see it!
