11/13 6:24PM Updated Files without mannequins so the lot can be placed. PLEASE RE-DOWNLOAD EA has a bug after the cottage living upodate that prevents lots with mannequins on them from being placed. There is not an easy fix at the moment so this new file does not contain the mannequins on them but you can place them in your own game with no problems

Hey cuties! Dropping this for you! Here is LuXx Boutique from my City Girls LP! It was def a work in progress store! The outside def needs to be updated and the second floor is empty for you to add whatever you like! Great base for any retail shop! 

About the Build

LuXx was built on a 30x30 in San Myshuno but you can place it wherever! If you want this to fuction properly as a clothing store, you need The Sims 4 Get To Work. Please note, when you place the lot, you may recieve a message saying items have been replaced or deleted. That is due to the chair update or other mods like wonderfulwhims or Basemental.

How to Install

• Download the .ZIP file
• Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e  Documents>Electronics Arts>The Sims4
• Open the "CC" and "Mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
• Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder

And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.

BUT DEE GURLL, I don't see it! Make sure you select "show custom content" on the left panel of the gallery and you should see it!
