Listen, this small apartment is soooo cute! In my Not So Berry reversed challenge, we move the family into a small apartment because... they're broke! BUT also to help repair their relationship! Now, I ain't gonna lie its small for 4 sims but its soooo cozy and perfect for family gameplay! Check out thespeed build video here 💜

About the Build

Of course with this being an apartment, you will need The Sims 4 City Living. You may be able to use it as a room build as well if you don't have the pack.

This apartment was built in San Myshuno in the Fashion District! 1313 21 Chic Street! Check out the picture to see actually which building!

Please note, when you place the lot, you may recieve a message saying items have been replaced or deleted. That is due to the chair update or other mods like wonderfulwhims or Basemental.

How to Install

Download the .ZIP file
Locate your Sims 4 folder i.e Documents>Electronics Arts>The Sims4
Open the "CC" and "Mods" folder in the .ZIP file and add the cc to your mods folder
Open the "Tray Files" in the .ZIP file and add the files to your tray folder

And that's it! When you open your game, go to the gallery and you should see the build in your library.
