Character Spotlight: Theano (Patreon)

    A vessel created to save lives and protect the weak, she's a bodyguard who'll stop at nothing to protect her charge. While she takes her job incredibly seriously, she's otherwise quite casual and laid-back. She treats her allies with dignity, only eating them if absolutely necessary, but spares no mercy for her enemies, especially if they're threatening the one she protects. If the need arises, she won't hesitate to swallow her charge whole and keep them inside her until the coast is clear.

    While it's clear she enjoys it, Theano seems to have an almost human understanding of vore, both not actively preying on others and preferring not to be eaten herself. In truth, she's incredibly intelligent and has an advanced understanding of both ethics and philosophy, a fact which may be surprising given her usual casual demeanor. It's possible that this, coupled with her purpose, is what led to her adopting her rather unvessel-like outlook on life.
