    Introducing the second of the upcoming lamias! The wild lamia is a hotblooded girl who comes from a world where the strong make the rules and the weak get eaten. She views anyone she deems to be beneath her as meat, and she tends to deem everyone she meets as being beneath her. Despite her casual cruelty, though, there's a certain innocence to her that would almost be cute... if it wasn't being exhibited by a several hundred pound ravenous snake girl.

    While somewhat smaller than other lamias, this breed is made up of expert hunters that spare their prey no mercy. Areas where they live are avoided at all costs by all but the bravest or most foolish of travelers. As a general rule of thumb: "If you can see her, then it's already too late for you." In-fighting within groups is common, with the loser becoming the victor's food as a matter of course, and a wild lamia's strength can often be judged by how many of her own kind she has eaten. 


    On the gameplay side of things, in order to get as wide a variety of enemies into the game as possible without skimping on vessels, we're going to be making use of the tried and true method of palette swaps. As you can tell from the silhouette, there's a lot more going on here than in a regular palette swap, but the thought's still the same. In particular, monster girls with complex and potentially difficult bodies such as lamias, centaurs, and harpies will make great use of this.

As an enemy, the wild lamia will be a much more offense focused version of her cousin. Her defensive stats will be weaker, to make up for it, but she will still be a highly formidable foe. Due to her highly aggressive nature, no one will escape her hunger, and she'll attempt to vore most of her smaller allies on sight.
