The next few tutorials will be about some pole flips, and some ways of making them easier and more attainable.

A core part of making pole flips more achievable is to break them down into progressions that allow you to retain control for longer, so that you can build up muscle memory without risking injury or scaring yourself. For many flips, a solid 1h invert will give you a secure start that can keep you supported throughout the move, so they are well worth learning!

If you can already do a 2h invert, you’re ready to start working on these! You don’t need to be twice as strong as it's as much about technique as strength!
