This series is intended to follow on from the headstands I posted earlier in the week.

Before you progress to handstands, make sure that you've warmed your wrists up. If ther start to give you pain, take a break, and don't push them further than you're comfortable with! They will get stronger over time, but it's not worth injuring yourself over!
