This is a fun one-off, with not much attached to it. I like the historical setting and the inclusion of Henry Avery. Aslo, pirates in space is pretty awesome. Loved the Calvin gag. That would be terrible, to have Calvin open a hatch in your wall randomly, and shout "STAY CALM!" at you.

Just how spoiled is this show for them? I know Aaron has seen them, but it seems to me that large plot points (particularly starting in season 8) could be known just from attending conventions...
