On this edition of our cartoon chat show, we're talking about another episode of Spider-Man: The Animated Series! 

The episode in question, officially, fully titled, "Neogenic Nightmare Chapter 6: Morbius," originally hit the airwaves back on October 28, 1995. This stunning ep has it all: Michael Morbius flying around like Dracula, Peter Parker disgustingly growing some extra appendages, and our good buddy, Mikey Morbo totally cucking Peter like nobody's business! PLUS: Watch out ladies, Spider-Man is web-slinging around the dormitories on campus!

This cartoon, along with the X-Men series, was the most exciting thing I saw as a kid. It was my introduction to a lot of these characters and I was fully invested in the story arc, to the degree that when season two ended and I had to wait about a year to find out what happened next genuinely upset me. This episode, though, ain't it. As a kid, I hated Morbius and this episode for its shit take on vampires (and the cucking). The "blood" thing was weird, having the characters say "plasma" just confused me as a kid as I had no fucking idea what that was. You Americans are so weirdly prudish, I'm surprised deranged Republicans like that turtle-faced psychopath Mitch McConnell aren't calling for a return of coverings to hide "sexy" table legs.

Don't forget, spidey can't actually land punches, no actual guns with bullets, and don't harm the pigeons...or renaming the sinister 6 to insidious six lol
