It's our monthly trip back to glorious L.A. in the '90s!

First up on Beverly Hills, 90210, it's about as cringe as it gets with "Ashes to Ashes"! Originally airing September 19, 1991, this episode perfectly exemplifies why a show like this should never attempt to half-assedly address American race relations as Brandon befriends a Black family who owns a popcorn empire, Jim and Cindy (hilariously?) purchase a malfunctioning security system, and Vivica A. Fox's boyfriend gets racially profiled by Walsh-funded rent-a-cops. PLUS: Was the spin-off series featuring the Ashe family really going to be called Ashes to Ashes

Then over on Melrose Place, everyone's asses can finally unclench as the guys chat about the sexy episode, "Pas de Trois"! Originally airing April 21, 1993, this ep has Michael and Kimberly ignoring patients so they can screw around in an elevator, Amanda really trying to get Billy back in bed, Alison catching Michael in the act in the hospital parking lot, and Jo helping Jake cheat on his taxes! PLUS: Billy and Alison! Finally!

MELR0210 is a WHM podcast where the guys blissfully stroll through the Beverly Hills, 90210 and Melrose Place timelines. The TV episodes covered will run in broadcast order, but the gang may skip duller 'sodes in order to keep the focus on the nitty, the gritty, and the downright bizarre. Thanks so much for continuing to support the WHM Patreon!

Oh as soon as you said Charles Pratt Jr I knew this was going to be a good soapy episode. Pratt comes from daytime soap operas such as Santa Barbara and General Hospital. But he is that guy they have come to primetime soaps to make them less boring and more sexy.

We need an episode featuring Michael, Billy and Sandy -- those impressions, lol
