Jean studies and some backstory (Patreon)

Working as a manager of a crew, Jean was fulfilling herself. Constant contact with people made her feel more energized and satisfied with life. Helpful and reliable, she was a perfect fit for the job. With time she even got to know how to be more straightforward and confront herself and crew members with uncomfortable subjects.  

 Though she wasn't always assertive. Back in the days (then their crew had only three people) Jean had a massive problem with using "no" in conversations, which made her overworked and stressed out. Heavy workload pressed down her chest, making it unable to take deep breaths and think straight. She took extra hours to make sure dates and hours aligned, crew was ready for the shooting, actors were well informed and major clients received all the files they payed for. On top of that she had a personal calling to help out young actors and make them feel safe and empowered. All this to the point of completely forgetting about herself and her own sanity. 
Her quiet struggle wasn't overlooked though. And as with Filip later on, she had a chance to lean on the bear's strong shoulder. Many hours they've spent together on talking and supporting one another helped her to slow down, and notice her own needs. Taking care of herself, her mind and body was crucial to keep on doing a good job and help others in the future.

 And so she started to notice herself more, pick up on small signs of distress her body was going through, and she decided to try and rely on her friends. Some of the workload was taken by Brian, he helped her with e-mails, learning a thing or two about social etiquette on the way. Sometimes she let Patrick do the calls, or pick up food for the actors. Slowly, week by week, with the encouragement of the guys, she re-learned how to keep on being helpful and stay sane. 

 Before that only Pat and Brian had some on and off moments together that went over "just friends" line, but after those few months of tightening bonds, they had easier time to pick up some more personal subjects. One topic led to another, and with some beer and jokes they joked about getting down on each other. And as they shortly found out, none of them was really joking. 

 Sketches i made recently are just Jean exploring some kinks and having fun~ She likes to be overwhelmed during sex, having multiple partners at a time, and to feel objectified later in a play as her senses get overstimulated. Rough fucking as she's toyed around is one of her biggest desires. She's turned on by fantasies of being a slave to reach people who seek oddities, bringing pleasure by being used in many different ways. Yet those fantasies stop at being plays, since past already taught her that what she needs after that is a lot of aftercare which she just can't get with strangers.
