Patron Only August Story Poll Results (Patreon)

Okay, everybody, it is the sixteenth, and that means it’s time to shut down the Patreon only poll. 

First, as always, a sitrep on the current stories: well, since FILFy is the only current story, LOL, I would say I am about ¾ of the way done. I decided one of the combat scenes was too repetitive, and then decided another one didn’t have enough actual tension, so had to rewrite both to a certain degree. I also neglected to think about how much time going over the various scenes with Grammarly would take. Regardless, the chapter should be finished by the 18th and sent off to Nad Destroyer for his thoughts. After that, I might send it off to another editor for small mistakes, but that will depend on how quickly Nad Destroyer gets it back to me.

Beyond that, AGGC is finished. Yes, I know I could have done a better job on the epilogue, but I feel I covered enough there, so if you want to check it out it’s over on fanfic.

Now onto the poll.

Ugh. 

So, I wanted Bhaalson to win, right, wanted to throw my 600 votes into it. But no. Once again, even if I tossed my votes onto it, it wouldn’t have worked. 

In last place, with a mere 1,016 votes, was Bhaalson Remodel. GRAH.

In second place, with 1,768 votes, is Fate Touched in Middle Earth.

And in the lead, with 1,892 is Sword, Bow, and Horse.

So once more, the story I wanted to win losing out. Blargh. Yet this leaves me with 600 votes to use in the small story poll, 

Still, if I can swing it so that something other than ATP wins the small story poll, I think I might be able to work on Fate Touched as well, since like I mentioned I have a few of its scenes already done. We’ll see. I know ATP would take too long – it’s basically a medium-sized chapter, not a small. And if I can do that, Bhaalson Remodel will be updated in September, and I will remove the Patron-only poll for that month as I would normally have done this month.
