Crazy Kirin (Patreon)

Hello everyone! It's time for another Sunday post! Today I have some lovely designs from Yoditax on the different designs of each tribe of Kirin that can be found in the world of Cancordis!

Kirins, like the Equines, have three separate tribes, those being the default Kirin, the strongest and largest of the bunch with the ability to breath fire. Flying Kirin, the smallest and most maneuverable of the trio, who they themselves claim to be the closest to their draconic ancestry due to their ability to fly. Lastly the Magic Kirin, excellent mediators and magi that are the most intelligent of the Kirin.

With Kirin being half equine and half dragon, the size differences between the pony tribes have also influenced the Kirin.

Yoditax did an excellent job coming up with the framework for design for each tribe of Kirin, and I hope you all like them just as much as I do!

These will be the final designs going forward but look at some of the development process and old designs that were drawn up!

At one point even considering the Kirins to be potentially bipedal before eventually being scrapped for a quadruped design.
