Nathan is making me so frustrated. like I do understand he's feeling pressure and wants his dad to be proud of him but he took such a great step apologizing to Colin and I was over it and moved on from the way he treated him. but really? one bad comment on twitter and you're treating the new kid like that? idk, I feel like as a coach, this treatment he's putting out is completely unacceptable. I really hope he turns it around in the next episode because he has me fuming.... moving on to roy and keeley! I adore them. I was a little bit nervous a couple times in this episode but it all worked out in the end luckily. I'm so happy ted continued to go back and apologized to Dr. Sharon and I'm still waiting for sam and Rebecca to find out.... the big reveal! 🤣🩶

Ugh, Nate! I honestly don't think he would've apologized to Colin on his own, he only did it because of Beard. If he was truly sorry about how he's been acting towards people he would've apologized to Will too. I get he's looking for approval and has never had this much power or positive attention, but as a coach, he should not treat any of the players that way.

As I said on the last one, I have a lot to say. And all of it's is about Nate. I get why Nate is lashing out but that doesn't make it right. He goes after two that he thinks are weak. Colin did used to pick on Nate with Isaac, that is true but that stopped over episode 3 of last season. Since then, both Colin and Isaac have been very inclusive to Nate. Hell the Everton game night they carried him around everywhere after drinking with him. And that was after he called Isaac a dumb pussy and Colin a dickhead. Now onto what he did to Colin and Will. Him taking a mick out of Colin on the pitch was one thing but then to have him sit out of training after saying best goal makers and every one of the offensive team starters and backups except Colin, that is being cruel. He's a coach, he's supposed to treat them all to get the best out of them. As we've seen from Colin he's having self worth issues and Nate does this to him. Then to Will who has NEVER done anything even close to mean to anyone. He's a dollface and Nate has been mean to him since he was hired. I agree with Mermaid, I don't think Nate would have apologized if Beard didn't make him. Colin won me over in the end of the episode here because before he was just the other half of Isaac/Colin team. But him so quickly forgiving Nate and hugging him, it was a sweet thing to do. I think Beard, Ted and Roy have all failed a little here because while Beard stopped what he was doing to Colin. From day one they have heard how he talked to Will and never made him stop. Roy I can understand since he just became a coach but Beard and Ted have seen it, it's shown them noticing his yelling at Will for no reason. Don't have much to say about anything else in the storyline right now. The issue with Keeley and Roy was pretty episodic. I do like the growth Jamie's had but finding out he's still our Jamie (wanting his name on his jersey bigger). Sorry about my rant but Colin has become one of my favorite characters by this episode and I just really hated Nate here. I guess I understand having such a harsh view of yourself like Colin. Nate saying that didn't even make any sense. Colin is a starter, sure they aren't a premier league team right now but he was a starter when they were and continues to be a starter in the championship league. That's nothing to sneeze at. And Will, like i said is just a doll baby who I want to pinch his cheeks.

Absolutely agree. Nate has been making rude comments here and there but this episode really made me not like him. I don't know if it's because I just adore Colin and feel protective of him or what but it's not cool. Its not just a revenge thing because hes not being mean to Isaac, just Colin. Also, Will is a sweet little muffin, how can you be mean to him?!

Pam R

Will is just a sweetheart to everyone. Colin is my favorite himbo. Lol. I like in this episode it gave him a little more depth. You're right about him targeting Colin and not Isaac. I was rewatching season one and noticed Nate had singled him out while he was being promoted. They were promoting Nate to asst. coach and he just had to put Colin down.

I totally agree! I don't think he really saw anything wrong with what he did but was more embarrassed that beard saw so he apologized about it, but for him to immediately treat will that way again, he wasn't truly sorry. and yes, especially as a coach, completely unacceptable! 🩶

I totally agree with everything you said here and couldn't have said it better myself! I've been saying it from the beginning that he's been treating will terribly and it really has pissed me off, but I've had a soft spot for Nate from episode 1, however, this episode really had me pissed at him. it's just so uncalled for at this point. there is sticking up for yourself in a moment, however, Colin has done nothing but treat him well since he turned it around! so frustrating! 🩶
