Definitely still one of my favorite epsiodes even tho we have so many great ones to choose from.

I agree this is a great episode. Definitely one of the best over all and perhaps the best of this season. It's interesting that Cuddy calls him out on his narcissism and then he goes on to teach a class that was effectively all about him. Just sayin... 😆 But this is obviously more so about showing us in part, why he is the way he is to a certain degree. That's a good question on the reality of what Stacy and Cuddy did. Would it have made a difference if his reasons had been hypothetically based on religious beliefs. Would their ethics have prevented them from violating his wishes. That's a strange parallel to pose, given that it is House. But I find that the implications of their actions might not be quantitatively evaluated in quite the same way. What would I have done? Hard to know unless I was in that situation. My instincts say I'd have let the prick die on his high horse. But of course I don't think that would be the case if I were faced with the choice.
