I heard somewhere (probably Cracked, many years ago) that Rowan Atkinson was originally meant to be Cupid, but they dropped that idea at some point. Or maybe it was just a fan theory. Who knows, I've never seen the movie, and thanks to this excellent episode I no longer have to!

On the topic of Christmas movies being the most inclusive genre: I mean, maybe. Unless you're gay, black, uninterested in having children, cut off ties to a toxic family or, you know, don't celebrate Christmas. Probably some other categories that I didn't think up off the top of my head as well.
