Our three co-hosts are stuck in the multiverse and need to get back to their home universe. Clearly, the only way to do that is to explore our cultural obsession with multiverses, alternate timelines and parallel worlds, and tie it all into a conversation about post-modern art, pop culture, and the lessons these stories teach us. Also, each episode, one of them is an asshole who will probably sabotage the whole thing.

Okay so what if we're not trapped in The matrix right. Maybe humans destroyed the planet like we are now and we created The matrix so that we would be inside of a world we created while the Earth healed and the robots where the custodians and the only way to keep them powered while we were all asleep would be to use ourselves as the batteries and they're supposed to keep us inside the matrix until the Earth is healed. We then think that they're trapping us inside of the matrix and we try to fight them back and they're only programming is to keep us in The matrix.

Also when Smith takes over everybody inside the matrix I feel like he's just taking their digital presences and their bodies are still back in the pods being used as batteries like their presence in the digital world isn't connected to them being alive or dead it's just their representation of their mind inside of The matrix.
