We actually have a participant in live classes that falls asleep all the time once we get to the neck. 🤣 If rolling makes you sleepy, it’s because it’s put you deep into the Parasympathetic! The sleepier you get, the more deprived your system is of being in the parasympathetic, so it’s amazing that you have the tools to get you there! Sounds like you needed it. 🥰
