This is part 1 of the Umbara Arc. I haven't enjoyed an arc as much as I enjoyed this one. It kept me guessing the entire time and I want sure how this would end. But I was amazed by how deep this one got. Hope you enjoy the reactions to this arc!

Something I only noticed recently, at some point in the last few episodes the clone troopers are wearing a new type of armor. It's called phase 2 armor, and it looks a little different from the clone armor in seasons 1-3. Mostly the clone helmets look a bit different now. The new phase 2 armor is starting to look similar to the stormtrooper armor we see in the original trilogy. It's an interesting artistic choice, their new armor, specifically their helmets look a bit more sinister, a bit more scary, at least thats my take on it. This is one of my favorite arcs. I love when we get to see the character development of Captain Rex. Also good to see Fives, from Domino squad all the way back in season 1. Some other notable clones are Jesse, Hardcase, and Kix the medic who were in that one episode in season 2, "the deserter".

Glad you figured out what they were called, hate it when you almost remember what something is as well. And this is one of the best, if not that best, arcs in the entire show! Emotional roller coaster
