Hi Imon, great reaction as always! You are so adorable. As soon as you saw Geillis and Lord John Grey, you started asking all kinds of questions and I just said “Be patient, they will explain” lol. I was the same way the first time watching this. Geillis was so focused on changing Scotland’s history. When we saw her in 1968, she was holding those rallies and went back in time to help the Jacobite cause to change the future as we learned in “The Devil’s Mark” episode. Looking back, we didn’t know it at the time, but when Geillis and Claire first meet in S1, it seems that Geillis was suspicious that Claire may also be a time traveler by the way she acted and spoke and was always wanting to learn more about Claire. Now Geillis is using Margaret to find out about a prophecy for the next King of Scotland and kidnapped Ian in the process because she wanted to get those sapphires needed for the prophecy, but Ian got to the treasure box first. I know you have already seen the next episode and you have patrons who haven’t seen the show before, so I won’t say anything more . But I also thought it was so interesting how all these people who are connected, ended up in Jamaica.

At the start we find out what happened to young Ian, or wee Ian as you call him, I love that. He's thrown into a cell and is told that one by one people are taken to the bakra and are never seen again. I love your optimism, you said "Maybe they were given jobs and they're just living the good life." He is then taken to the bakra, Geillis. I loved when she was walking around nude covered in blood and you said "Stop it! Like you can't be attracted." You then asked "What limit, at what limit does the attraction stop?" With you Imon, there is no limit. The scene when Margaret and yi tien Cho first see each other, the way they both smile. We then see Fergus and Marsali, I said at first that I couldn't believe that Fergus wanted to marry her. It's just the way she spoke to Claire at first and the history that Claire has with her mother. But I can't judge her on that, and she does love Fergus, you can see that, they both look really happy together. Claire asks Jamie "Do you remember when we were like that, so obvious in public?" He says "Aye. Couldnae keep yer hands off me. Course, you were holding on from the back of a horse for most of the time so it couldnae be helped." They both then look at each other, you can feel it, that burning desire you feel when you just want someone so bad. You said "You guys still can't keep your hands off of each other, stop it." They're both still looking deep into each others eyes and you said "Look! Like she still gets that like, shudder." You then said "That's a lucky feeling." I love those moments between them, the way they make you feel. We then see John Grey again, Jamie says "The ghosts, that keep coming into our lives, drawn to us the way... We are drawn to each other." It's great to see him again, Jamie asks him about Willie, he asks if he still rides, John tells him yes, that he taught him well. He tells Jamie that Willie still remembers him from time to time. Jamie says "Tis not important. As long as he's happy." I still remember the episode when Jamie left and Willie was running after him. It's sad that he can't be with him, but John is a good man, I'm sure he's a good father to him. We then find out that he's the governor of Jamaica now, and after the way the episode ended hopefully he will be able to help Jamie again. The scenes with him and Jamie, Claire sees the way he looks at Jamie. It's actually quite sad, that feeling of wanting someone you can't have. That heavy feeling you feel in your heart. Later we see Margaret and yi tien Cho, he tells her "Your brother... He does not treat you as you deserve." He then takes her hand and Margaret says "You are a rare soul." He smiles and says "You are rarer still. Flower from heaven." You said "My God. Oh my goodness, the poetry. People are like hey netflix and chill nowadays are pickup lines now." You asked "What has happened? What has happened?" It's a good question. It's a shame that people don't talk like that anymore. Later when Margaret is doing the reading yi tien Cho is looking at her from across the room, he's concerned about her. You said "It's crazy how yi tien Cho has fallen in love with her just off sight, that's crazy." It can seem crazy, but It's not. Have you ever just seen someone so beautiful that you feel like your heart just skipped a beat. Like the way she smiles, the way she laughs. You know that feel good feeling you have deep down inside whenever you see her. That's how I feel everytime I see you Imon. Nobody makes me feel the way you do, not even close. You're beautiful, always. <3

In your reaction to the S1E11 episode "The Devil's Mark", you seemed really bothered that Geillis was sent to be burned. I was bothered too. Geillis took the blame at the witch trial, helping that the mob/judges focus on her instead of Claire. Later in that same episode, at the campfire next to the stones, you seemed taken aback that Claire was receptive to Jamie's advances to sexually pleasure her. You ask how can Claire be "horny" when Geillis had recently been sentenced to burn (and maybe you thought was already burned). Geillis murdered (poisoned) her husband (the fiscal). He was good to her. In S2E13, she murdered her husband in 1968, thinking she needed a human sacrifice to get through the stones. Now this, Geillis sexually using and then killing virgin boys/young men. And her lying about not knowing about young Ian.

I highly recommend "12 Years A Slave" (2013) (won 3 Oscars) (RT = 95%, IMDb = 8.1, Metacritic = 96%). Depicts reality of being a slave. Would be a good reaction for Black History Month next month (Feb). Glory (1989) with Matthew Broderick and Denzel Washington is another good movie for Black History Month. Glory (1989) (RT=95%) was nominated for five Oscars, won three including a win for a young Denzel Washington who was awarded the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor (his first Oscar) .
