Good catch Imon, I never noticed the arrow on that clone's helmet. After some quick google research, you were right, it is a reference to Avatar: The Last Airbender. Dee Bradley Baker voices the clones, and he also voiced Appa the Air Bison. Kind of funny, Appo has the Appa airbending arrow. That's a clever little easter egg they put in there. Also Dave Filoni clone wars head creater/writer also worked on Avatar too.
