I was a couple days into making the next wip when suddenly, the monotony of doing the same thing for months on end has finally hit me. And I couldn't focus on my tasks anymore... So I thought:

"What if I just do a little bit of modeling to change things up. Maybe spend the rest of the day to get a bit of a head start on the gen 2 models?... Yeah... That sounds nice!... I'll just get back animating HA tomorrow."

5 days later... I present to you, the culmination of my procrastination... Gen 2.0 Xiangling!

But anyways. My main goals for the next iteration of my models were:

- To improve the topology (or the flow of lines) of the model. Especially the bewbs and the ab regions, so I can finally do some proper nude action! Or at least half nude... Half naked is hotter than fully naked (don't at me :P).

- Add some jiggly thiccness to the belly, inner thighs, butt, babs, and even the vajins! (After some research on subcutaneous fats, I found out that there's some jiggly fat there too! Huh.. never noticed that before :/)

- Improve the feet model, and rig the toes so our resident feet connoisseurs can finally have some toe-curling goodness :3

- And finally, add a bunch of boring quality of life, rig work for myself that I won't bore you with :P

All-in-all I'm pretty happy with what I came up with!.. It still needs a lot of small tweaks here and there to be fit for a full length Night in Teyvat animation. But that's what Teapot Paradise is for!.. now... retroactively... Guess I should talk about that too :P

So I originally started TP as a small side project for Happy Accident, just to break the monotony of animating the same thing for extended periods of time. But seeing the demand for more Happy Accident content, I decided to shelf it and just focus my full attention in finishing HA...

Also, somewhere along the line, my animation standards got a bit more stricter, such that I wasn't satisfied with my previous Teapot WiPs anymore... Especially with Hu Tao and Xiangling's low poly torsos not being able to show off their curves enough. So I decided to wait for the next gen models that will be more suitable for nude-er scenes before continuing it.

So will I start working on it again now that I have a better model? Nope!.. Imma still bee-line finishing Happy Accident with gen 1 models :p

I just have too many unfinished projects right now, and I would very much like to knock one of those out... But once I do, Teapot Paradise will be the testing grounds for the 2.0 models before using them for the full length Prank Gone Wrong remake.

PS: I decided to schedule this post a day after I finished it, so I'll prolly be back on working with Sucrose and Lumine by the time you're reading this.

And I'll also continue adding a day for every wip until I get about a week of overhead in preparation for the ending... and also in case of emergencies. Like a natural disaster cutting off power for days, or me getting sick.

I've never been good at planning ahead of time (at least in producing animations :p) but by Venti's bulge, I'll git gud at it... eventually.
