I was pleasantly surprised to see my baby Quadrophenia blanket, which will be going to its new home on Sunday. I enjoyed knitting it so much. Thanks for showing it :)

I have watched the rest of the show now. We talked about the Barbie film while I was at the knitting meet-up. There was only one lady who had seen it and she is around my age. She went with a group of younger ladies and her comment was that the younger ones got more of the 'in' jokes and therefore enjoyed it more than she did. I believe it was part of a hen do. Kay, your pink yarn is almost identical to the pink I died for this month's blanket section. It was a new batch of dye, much more concentrated to the batch I have used before! I was VERY careful when I dyes the semi-solid, so that was the correct colour. Actually, I LOVE the pink! I think it would be a great colour for a Ilha jumper by Orlane Sucche, such a fast and easy knit!
