This was my second year knitting these! I really enjoyed them and thought the colors were pretty….after all it’s just not about the colors…it’s also about the knitting of the stripes each day leading up to Christmas too! If all she used were traditional Christmas colors, her socks would all look the same from year to year. Last year’s socks were completely different…and may not have been MY color choices…I still had fun knitting them and ordered again this year! And can we just appreciate the time and effort of dying all those stripes! 🎉😊

Hello Everybody - the TCK yarn socks are very soft and although have a slight halo I have washed mine in the washer / placed on towel to dry, for 2 years. They have not felted and have remained soft. They are one of my fav socks. I love the color variety as well. But for me, i only participated 1 year as $55 American dollars total was a bit much. although it did give me 1 pair socks and 1 pair long fingerless mitts. And I adore them both and they feel great! So really - 2 hand knit projects with hand dyed yarn isn't horrible depending on your budget.
