well, I don't know who told you to like Mineta (Purple ball kid), but he does have very obvious distasteful traits. there might be some things to like about him if you squint, but overall, he's a lecherous perv.

Im glad she understood iida right by this episode but i think this aspect of his character was clear from the moment he apologized to Deku for his behavior when he 1st saw him in the class after the exam. That was a while ago from her perspective so its fine i guess
