This version ended up being focused mostly on implementing support for improved gameplay features. An updated progs.dat for Quake was also released for the higher tiers.

Version 0.19.2 was starting to give me a lot of crashes after I added support for 4K resolutions, and I never figured out why. Now I've added some extra code in this release to only make the BSP renderer support resolutions wider than 2047 if the engine is actually using such resolutions, and things seems to be stable again.

I'm feeling an increasing urge to focus more on engine code related to gameplay improvements, and to eventually rewrite the entire progs.dat code to serve as a base for new projects. Let's see how that goes.
