Hello All!

New Juliette who dis? We have Eve now?! We also had a very powerful scene between Nick and Jueve discussing the craziness of last season. Nick & Adalind share a kiss too, which I felt has been coming for awhile but yet it still felt like a gasp moment too. We have a name for the group - Black Claw & the Council has been attacked and mostly destroyed! This season is genuinely so freaking gooooooood!!

I can understand Nick wanting to protect the mother of his child, keep her safe and all that. But I got to be honest, when they kissed in this episode, it weirded me out a bit. Because of their history and all the things they've done to the other, it was just strange seeing them in that breif affectionate moment. I too thought Meisner and Adalind would be more of a fit, but then there's that kiss between her and Nick. I don't know; maybe the fact that he was her first Grimm and she was his first woge is part of why they seem to be getting sweet on each other now? I've seen this show many times and that kiss in this episode, still weirds me out lol.

Really good episode that gave us some answers but also more questions. The only thing that was kinda meh was when the drunk guy was put in the cell next to Xavier. Who didn't know right away that he was sent there to kill him? Exactly. Appreciated that it picked up right where it left off in 5x07 and we didn't get some scene in the police station about the aftermath. I was surprised that Trubel told Nick that she had been sent to target Juliette as in the last episode's comment I thought there would be some consequences, but the fact that she told him that Juliette was still alive when she last saw her put him on a new mission. The meeting with Juliette/Eve was interesting. My take on her is based on her physical movements. This is not a spoiler because I don't remember what happens. She seemed to have the smooth movements and abrupt stopping of some type of android or something. I honestly don't know, but Lucien told her that she was either dead or dying but there was a way she could still live. And to answer your question regarding Lucien, yes, the actor, Bailey Chase, was in Buffy; he played Graham Miller for 13 episodes in 1999-2000. He was also in an episode of Lucifer in 2016, the same year this episode of Grimm aired. Looking forward to the next episode! Thanks Dak!
