Another nightmarish Clayface episode, though the last one for a VERY long time. Hagen is cast in a more humorous light in the Harley Quinn show, possessing all the habits of film actors such as getting too far into his 'roles'.

On the topic of Clayface you should check out the film Darkman (1990) by Sam Rami. It's like the Shadow meets Clayface and it's the reason why I would love to see Rami direct a Clayface film. Also the film overall just feels like the Animated Series idk if it's the Danny Elfman soundtrack or how over the top wacky it can be but it always felt like a live action Animated Series.

Been a bit but I'm glad we're back with more BTAS. I'm so ready to see your reaction to several of these episodes in season 2 cause they're some good ones and including this one, some of them are pretty emotional. I also hope you'll be able to get through season 2 and 3 of BTAS before you get to the middle part of STAS season 2. And even though it'll probably be a while, but I'm beyond hyped for when you eventually start watching Batman Beyond and the Justice League shows. There's so much I want to talk about with those shows but obviously I don't want to spoil it for you. Also I'm looking forward to whenever your Superman II reaction goes up as well as the next DC animated movie you watch next. Oh and even though there hasn't been an update on these (at least to my knowledge), but I'm excited for when you and Caleb start Jessica Jones season 1 or continue on with the MCU movies!

Yeah, Clayface has always been one of my favorites for exactly that reason. His stories are often just so tragic! I’ve also always loved his character’s musical theme in this series!

This was a good reaction! Letting you know that there are several people who took up the mantle of Clayface. Basil Karlo is the OG version and the one you met in Arkham City with that iconic Meg fangirl moment and the main Clayface in the comics who is a movie actor. Matt Hagen is the one who you saw here and the second version in the comics to take up the name. His origin is very different in the comics as in BTAS, the writers took elements from Basil’s backstory for Hagen for being a movie actor.

The animation for Clayface is always great and all of batmans villians are sad except for Joker I'd say lol but they really make you feel there reason and why there doing what there doing, Two face, Mr. Freeze and Clayface are the saddest to me
