Cherokee 1964 Buddy Rich Solos (Patreon)

The first one and the second one from the Harry James Big Band concert in Tokyo 1964. It was not very complicated but pretty hard to play clearly in original tempo. The 1.5 beat phrase is pretty iconic(not sure it's correct term in English). Between the solo, I simplified the sheet since Buddy did the comping only with the frequently used phrases.

 ハリージェームズ楽団が1964年に東京でコンサートをしたときのCherokeeのドラムソロです。前半等後半があります。フレーズ自体はシンプルなものが多く、コピーは簡単でしたが演奏する分には速くて、バディのように流れるようにはっきりと演奏するにはかなり難しいです。一拍半フレーズが複数登場するのは特徴的ですね。前半と後半の間のコンピング部分は、よくある手癖フレーズだったので簡略化しました。
