Most people can only read his outwardly silly and frankly provoking personality to say the least without spoilers. It's like someone stated in the comments already. Like, it sounds like he's going to pick a fight. That's why the random staff member was all panicking and Takeda was saying "they're just going to 'yaru' a meeting!"
