Summary: Shana's parents and sister are murdered after her father learns how to return to life after death. Shana is knowledgeable about said procedure, which is desired by foreign interests, who have even Shana's boyfriend helping them. Accounting for additional characters and footage is the fact that actress Shana is in the entertainment industry. So, Shana becomes both the pursuer - intent on avenging her family's deaths - and the pursued.

Stephen Crane

Suddenly James Nguyen isn't the worst director in movie history. Birdemic looks like...no, it's still terrible...but slightly less terrible. My pick for worst film I've seen is Gigli. It was made by people apparently never told no, you should not make this film.

"The Keeper" is pretty bad, but it has a certain charm (and it's not just Christopher Lee). Birdemic is awful, so is that one with the really creepy doll/robot thing... you know, the green one with a heart shaped mouth. I have feasted on your reviews for so long now, that the bad films all kind of flow together. Starship Invasions is high up on the list because it could have been so much better with just a little more effort.

Really looking forward to Detractors' Commentary!!

The Pet Shop Boys vanity project It Couldn't Happen Here. I remember renting that thing with a friend and us just sitting stupefied before the screen as the most disconnected images and dullest story imaginable droned on past the event horizon. It became an ordeal we were determined to endure--refusing to shut the thing off. We would not let it win!

My life, that was awful... He was an accomplished ventriloquist? That line is now burned into my memory. I know that from here on in, no matter the movie, from the next Godzilla through some TV dreck, I'm going to be asking of the villain or protagonist "But are you an accomplished ventriloquist?" Before this I'd have argued that 'Birdemic' took the crown, with any one of a number of Tokyo Gore flics ( say Vampire Girl vs Frankenstein Girl ) vying the second place. But this takes it. Thank you for the review... which way to the brain scrubbing machine?

Since I use entertainment value as my primary metric my Bottom 5 will look a little different, and not just because its only going to be 3, off the top of my head because I don’t make a lot of lists, and ones I’ve only seen once so I’m going off memory. Barbarian Queen is a vile sword & sandals movie with a rape-revenge theme. Kinda. There’s both in it anyway. Tonight She Comes is a raunchy little horror movie that I was oddly offended by for reasons I can’t quite describe. It just seemed like it reveled in not explaining itself or why it constantly topped itself with how disgusting it could be. Comedy falling flat is awful and so does being pointlessly and artlessly gross. Cupid’s Guillotine is my third and the one I tell the fewest people about because I don’t want to have to explain myself. Suffice to say it has a political message(?) that was delivered so poorly you’d be forgiven for thinking it was actually satire. Bonus 4th movie: Annihilation isn’t close to my Bottom 10 or 20 but I found myself feeling bad for the setting itself for having such great potential only to be spoiled by flat, uninteresting, unlikable characters. (The Bear Scene was pretty great though)

There are some films that are so vile, I wouldn't even want to mention them by title. Not only would I be drawing attention to films that are best forgotten, but I would also have to explain why I saw them in the first place. That being said, one film that defies the logic of existence is "Swamp Freak" (2017). Featuring three horror actresses who are all just audio cameos (no joke), this rambling, plotless film just has people walking alone around a swamp (looking for each other) and getting attacked one at a time for 70 minutes.

So glad I suggested this, great review. Top five worst films, this is number one. 'Downsizing' this is one of those films where there is more than one good plot that could have made a great film. But instead you get a pointless story, Matt Damon having mood swings that make the sixth doctor seem stable a ten minuet acid trip and a tacked on love story. Someone needs to remake it as a series. I'll write the pilot. 'Robot Holocaust' This has it's charms and you can see why Angelika Jager did better as a sculptor, and she is the best actor in it. 'Terror at Red Wolf Inn' It makes little sense, and is basically a by the numbers trapped with evil people picture that tries to be a 'Texas Chainsaw' this was cut in the US for violence, yet at the height of the video nasty scare got a UK release uncut as a 15. 'Frozen' 2010 the one where over actors are trapped in a ski lift. Save your time and watch the episode of 'Bottom' where Ritchie and Eddie are trapped on a Ferris wheel instead.

My favorite line is "I love you, but I'll be dead again soon"

I just saw a review of a movie called "Blood Shack" (alias "The Chooper" - Yes, with two "O's"). I'd submit both versions for consideration.
