Discord server changes (Patreon)

We have changed the rules for accessing our discord server, now they are as follows:

• wasteland-no_rules | cafe_of_broken_dreams | vault_69-nsfw | technical-support - free access for everyone.
• vault_13-en | vault_13-ru | announcement-board - available to all patrons.
• vault_0-spoilers_concepts_wip | NoMutantsAllowed - access is only for patrons starting from tier 2 subscription and above.
