You guys sometimes talk through really important moments without paying attention to the subtle ways the story is being moved forward (which I guess is the hazard of doing a reaction video). While you were discussing whether Joan's husband is a decent guy or not, Joan broke down because she feels lonely. Greg has just told her to "talk to your friends at work" and then proceeds to want to have sex with Joan. And Joan says "I can't" because obviously she's distressed, and who wants to have sex when utterly depressed? And then he just ignores her plea and tells her to imagine they're on a little afternoon getaway, and she resigns to it. Callback to when she got raped - now she's just beyond offering any resistance. And again, when he was tired, he would not indulge her. Yet another way to show how manipulative and inconsiderate he is of her feelings.
