Hey friends, hope everyone's doing well!

First off, the results of the $5+ patron poll determining Brittani's outfit in Chapter Three has been decided, and you can see it in action in the images above. I plan to do more polls of that nature in the future, letting you guys shape some of the aesthetics of the game as it moves forward.

In FiN news, things remain much the same. I'm just grinding out renders every day, going as quickly as I can without sacrificing quality. I'm going to try out this Daz Boost service when I begin rendering the next scene, just to see if it can shave off an appreciable amount of time in the rendering. If it can, it'd be a worthy investment. TBD, though - I'll let you folks know what I think in the next weekly update. Current render count is at 450~, and I'm into the middle section of the game now. These are mostly conversation scenes, which are easier to set up. But, I still have three sex scenes to render.

Sex scenes tend to require a lot of exact posing, and I try not to reuse renders. This makes them a bit of a slog when it comes to setting them up. The results are always fun, but getting there can be a bit of a pain.

Conversation scenes on the other hand, tend to be a lot more forgiving. People aren't typically physically interacting, so the poses are easier. And I can reuse a lot of the same camera angles with the spot-render tool, when it comes to the branching dialogues that come with the multiple alignment paths.

In frustrating news, my little section of the midwest was hit with some severe storms late last week. So, I spent one day with flickering lights that I didn't feel confident working in, and one day without power entirely. So, that's two days of potential rendering I lost. Sucks, but it is what it is. I may buy one of those surge protectors with a battery back-up, so I could at least work on posing scenes when something like that happens.

That said, I did use my downtime to do some writing for Chapter Four of FiN - I outlined the entire thing, and wrote the first scene. This chapter sees more characters being pulled together, which should be fun and challenging.. Lots of variables to work with.

And I wrote a little bit of a framing sequence for the revamped Chapter One, which I plan to begin rendering as soon as I finish Chapter Three.

Still no official release date for Chapter Three. I'd really like to have it out to $15+ patrons at this time next week, but I have no idea if I can hit that mark or not. Just going to keep my head down and keep working, and I'll let everyone know where we stand next week.

Hopefully you'll see me back here in a week with good news.

Until then, take care of yourselves, and thanks for your support!
